We build Shopify apps, a Ukrainian checkout, web apps, APIs and microservices, and we integrate stores with Nova Poshta (Ukraine's largest private delivery company), Monobank (Ukraine's largest digital bank), KeyCRM and Checkbox (a software cash register, or PRRO, for the fiscal receipts Ukrainian tax law requires). We work in Ukrainian and serve the Ukrainian market.
No. A search for "Доброкод" also turns up similarly named companies from other countries — they have nothing to do with us. The Ukrainian DobroCode is dobrocode.com; our public products are published in the Shopify App Store under the developer name dobrocode.
Both are correct: "Доброкод" in Ukrainian Cyrillic, "DobroCode" in Latin script, which matches the domain dobrocode.com and our developer name in the Shopify App Store. You may also see "ДоброКод" and "Добро Код"; it is the same company.
DobroChat, an omnichannel chat for Shopify, is published in the Shopify App Store (apps.shopify.com/dobrochat). DobroCheckout is delivered as a custom app for one specific store: a separate app and a separate deployment for each client.
Yes. DobroCheckout is a checkout built into the store's theme: delivery to Nova Poshta branches and parcel lockers, card payments through Plata by mono (Monobank's card acquiring), Monobank installments, cash on delivery (COD) and bank transfer, promo codes, bonus points and B2B — with no redirect to third-party pages.
Yes. DobroCheckout opens Terminal by mono (Monobank's app that turns the manager's phone into a card terminal) straight from the order page in Shopify. The app launches on the manager's iPhone or Android phone and takes the payment, so you don't need a rented POS terminal. On a computer, the payment window shows a QR code that opens the terminal on the phone. The order is marked as paid by the bank's callback, not by someone pressing a button.
Through Finmap, a Ukrainian finance-management service. Every order paid by bank transfer gets an invoice. Finmap sees the statements from all your banks, so when the payment arrives, the order in Shopify closes automatically — no one has to match IBANs by hand. One limitation: in Finmap, one invoice equals one payment for the full amount; it does not support partial payments.
Plans are billed through Shopify Managed Pricing: Early Bird — $10/month or $100/year, Basic — $20/month or $200/year, Pro — $30/month or $300/year. Pro adds unlimited chat history retention, a second Telegram bot and scenarios.
AI auto-replies run on the store's own API key — OpenAI or Anthropic. The assistant learns from the store's conversations, has a daily limit on decisions and a log with the reason for every reply, and hands the conversation over to a manager when a question is about payments, returns or store data.

The same team that wrote the code — we don't hand the project off to a separate support team. For our own products, support and updates are included in the subscription; for client projects there is a separate monthly fee for support and further development.
Your app is a separate deployment for your store, not a database shared with other stores.
