Challenge
Customers message you on Telegram, comment on Instagram and wait for replies on Viber, while managers get lost in a dozen tabs. DobroChat gathers all of the store's conversations into one Inbox built right into Shopify Admin: filters, search, conversation statuses, internal notes and a record of which teammate replied. Every chat is automatically linked to the customer's Shopify profile, so the manager immediately sees total spend, the last order and contact details.
Solution
The sale happens without leaving the chat. The manager picks a product with the standard Shopify picker, and the customer gets a card with a photo and a "Place order" button that leads straight to the secure Shopify checkout with prefilled details and a promo code. After payment, DobroChat keeps the customer posted at every stage — payment, shipment, parcel status and a button with the waybill (TTN) number — in the same messenger where the conversation took place. Tracking runs through Shopify webhooks, so it works with any carrier, not only Nova Poshta, Ukraine's largest private delivery company.
Automation takes over the routine: a visual flow builder with branching buttons and quizzes, working hours in the store's time zone, out-of-hours auto-replies and keyword-based suggestions.
Since version 1.15, DobroChat has had its own AI layer: the store connects its own OpenAI or Anthropic key and trains the assistant on the store's past conversations, and the assistant then replies to customers by itself. On sensitive topics (payment, returns, store data) the assistant does not improvise; it hands the conversation over to a manager. There is a daily limit on AI decisions, a log with the reason for each one, and a manual mode: one action in the message menu generates a draft that a person reviews before it is sent.
