Service · CRM · KeyCRM API
We connect Shopify with KeyCRM, a Ukrainian CRM for online stores, so your managers work in one window. Every order goes to the CRM automatically: customer, products, delivery, payment method, carrier, your custom field mapping and UKT ZED codes (Ukraine's goods classification). In the other direction, we import customers and companies with the company contact person, shipping addresses and the bank details needed for an invoice. The catalog is reconciled by SKU in a combined Shopify × KeyCRM × Checkbox table (Checkbox is a software cash register, PRRO, for the fiscal receipts Ukrainian tax law requires). Price mismatches, cost prices, UKT ZED codes and barcodes are visible at once. For stores on DobroCheckout this is included in $500/year; as a standalone integration for your stack, we price it by scope after a brief.
We find out which system is the source of truth for products and prices, which custom fields in KeyCRM are actually filled in, and who changes statuses and when. Without this, an integration just duplicates data.
We enter your KeyCRM key and build the mapping: which Shopify fields go into which CRM fields, where UKT ZED codes land, how the carrier and payment method are marked.
Every new order is sent to KeyCRM with the customer, products, delivery and payment method. The transfer runs through a queue with retries, so a temporary failure does not lose an order.
We bring customers and companies over from KeyCRM with the company contact person and shipping addresses. Bank details for an invoice are pulled from the counterparty record when the order does not have them.
A combined Shopify × KeyCRM × Checkbox table: price mismatches, cost prices, UKT ZED codes and barcodes in one place. These are the problems that usually surface only during a tax audit.
We run several real orders end to end and check the result in the CRM together with your manager.

For stores on DobroCheckout, the KeyCRM integration is already in the subscription; there is no extra charge for the module. For a different stack we price by scope after a brief; the first call and the estimate are free.

Yes. Customers and companies come over with the company contact person and shipping addresses. Bank details for an invoice are pulled from the counterparty record when the order itself does not have them.
In the base integration we reconcile the catalog by SKU: prices, cost prices, UKT ZED codes and barcodes in one Shopify × KeyCRM × Checkbox table. Real-time two-way inventory sync is a separate task that we price by scope. We do not promise it as part of the package.
Because in practice there is more than one: the price in Shopify, the price in KeyCRM and the item in Checkbox drift apart quietly. The combined table by SKU shows the mismatches before they become a problem on a fiscal receipt.
We price by scope after a brief: the price depends on the number of custom fields, how much data needs migrating and whether you need the reverse direction. The first call and the estimate are free, and we give the low-to-high range in writing.
