We connect Shopify to Finmap so the money reconciles itself. Every bank-transfer order gets an invoice in Finmap; when the payment arrives — no matter which of your banks it lands in — the order is marked paid on its own. A transfer that arrived outside an invoice is linked to the order by hand, right inside the order card. Cash taken in the office is recorded into the till and category you picked, and the Shopify payment carries the real method name. For stores on DobroCheckout this is included in the $500 per year; as a standalone integration for your own stack we quote by scope after a brief.
Which banks are set up in Finmap, which tills and income categories are really used, who closes payments today. Without this the integration becomes a second set of books next to the first.
We add the Finmap key, pick the legal entity that issues invoices and the counterparty pool. The entity can be created from your own company details in one click.
The invoice is created when the buyer opens the order page with the bank details, not inside the checkout webhook. That keeps someone else's accounting off the critical path of a purchase, and orders left without an invoice are picked up by the nightly reconciliation.
Finmap aggregates statements from all your banks, so the payment becomes the single signal regardless of the bank. We re-read the payment fact from Finmap with a separate request instead of taking the webhook at its word.
We set up the till and category for cash taken in the office, and show the manager the «Finmap transactions» window inside the order, so an IBAN transfer made outside an invoice can be linked by payer, comment or amount.
We run a real bank-transfer order end to end and reconcile the result in Finmap together with your accountant.

For stores on DobroCheckout the Finmap integration is already in the subscription — there is no extra charge for the module. For a different stack we quote by scope after a brief: the first call and the estimate are free.
Finmap aggregates statements from all your banks, so it does not matter which one the customer paid into. An invoice is issued for the order, and when Finmap sees an incoming payment against it, the Shopify order is marked paid. We re-read the payment fact from Finmap with a separate request — the webhook only says «something arrived».
The manager opens «Finmap transactions» right inside the order, finds the payment by payer, comment or amount and links it manually. This is the usual case for transfers made past the issued invoice.
Finmap does not support them: one invoice is closed by one payment for the full amount. If a B2B customer pays in instalments the invoice will not close by itself — such payments are recorded manually through the transactions window, where the amount is set explicitly.
Into the Finmap till and category you picked in settings. In Shopify the payment is closed under the real method name rather than a faceless «paid». Pressing the button twice cannot double the money — the operation key is deterministic.
No. Monobank sends «Terminal by mono» payments to Finmap itself, in a daily report, so we do not record them at all. Cash is the opposite: we record it, because otherwise nobody will.
