We connect card payments from Monobank, Ukraine's largest digital bank, to your Shopify store and handle the whole setup. Shoppers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay in an embedded window through Plata by mono (Monobank's card acquiring). The order is marked as paid automatically: Monobank sends a webhook and we verify its cryptographic signature, so nobody matches payment screenshots by hand. Setting up our MonoPay app is a one-time UAH 8,800 and takes 1–3 business days; from the second year, maintenance is UAH 3,600/year. Neither we nor Shopify take a percentage of turnover: you only pay Monobank's acquiring fee, 1.3% for Ukrainian cards and 2% for foreign cards. You need a Monobank business account as a sole proprietor (FOP) or an LLC (TOV); any Shopify plan works.

We install MonoPay on your store and enter your acquiring key. We do not touch your store theme: zero edits to theme code.
The pay button appears on the thank-you page and in the customer account, where shoppers who placed an order by phone or in direct messages come back to pay.
We set up Shopify Flow so a paid order is marked as paid on its own. The Monobank webhook is verified by its cryptographic signature, and the payment time is taken from the bank.
We make a payment together with you on a live order and check that both the money and the status came through. Not “it works on our test bench”.
We hand over a short guide for your managers, in Ukrainian. The first year of support, updates and help with Shopify changes is included in the setup price.

No. It is a manual payment method, and Shopify does not charge its platform fee on such methods. We do not take a percentage of turnover either, only the one-time setup price. The only fee you actually pay is Monobank's acquiring.

No. Monobank sends a webhook, we verify its cryptographic signature, and Shopify Flow marks the order as paid. The payment time comes from the bank, not from the moment of our request, so your reports stay accurate.
The shopper pays by card right away instead of going to their bank and sending you a screenshot. Your manager does not match bank statements by hand, and the order closes on its own. A manual bank transfer is the main alternative Ukrainian stores compare us with.
Monobank installments («Покупка частинами»), with an eligibility check for the specific cart, work in DobroCheckout, a separate product that replaces the checkout entirely. MonoPay connects card acquiring to the standard Shopify checkout.
