We connect Checkbox, a software cash register (PRRO) for the fiscal receipts Ukrainian tax law requires, to your Shopify store. A fiscal receipt is then created automatically after payment: for card payments, installments from Monobank (Ukraine's largest digital bank) and cash on delivery (COD). A receipt can also be issued by hand from a full form: cashier, department, taxes, excise, barcodes, discounts, acquiring. All receipts sit in a registry inside Shopify Admin with filters by date, type and status, and PDF printing. Bank transfers are not fiscalized, and that is how it should be. For stores on DobroCheckout this is included in $500/year; as a standalone integration for your checkout, we price it by scope after a brief.
You need a Checkbox account with a cash register and a cashier set up. We look at your product groups, whether excise applies and whether the UKT ZED codes (Ukraine's goods classification) in your catalog are consistent.
We enter your Checkbox credentials into the app. Settings are encrypted, secrets are compared in constant time, and the key never reaches the browser.
We decide which payment methods get a receipt automatically: card, Monobank installments, cash on delivery. Bank transfers are not fiscalized.
A combined Shopify × KeyCRM × Checkbox table by SKU shows price mismatches, cost prices, UKT ZED codes and barcodes, so a receipt is never issued with the wrong item.
We run a payment end to end and check that the receipt was created, landed in the registry and prints. Together with you.
We show your manager the receipt registry with filters by date, type and status, manual receipt creation and PDF printing. Refunds are issued from the admin, full or partial, with protection against double charges.

For stores on DobroCheckout, fiscalization is already in the subscription; there is no separate fee for the PRRO module. For a different checkout we price by scope after a brief. The Checkbox subscription itself is paid separately.
Card payments through Plata by mono (Monobank's card acquiring), Monobank installments and cash on delivery. A bank transfer is not fiscalized: the shopper receives a PDF invoice and pays using the bank details on it.
Yes, from a full form: cashier, department, taxes, excise, barcodes, discounts, acquiring. You need it for orders placed by phone or in direct messages, and to fix edge cases.
In the fiscal receipt registry inside Shopify Admin, with filters by date, receipt type and status, manual creation and PDF printing. There is no separate dashboard to open.
A refund is issued from Shopify Admin, full or partial, with a reason and the number of items. It is protected against double charges on a repeated click or a retry.
Yes, and its subscription is paid separately. Registering the cash register and cashier with the State Tax Service (DPS) is also on your side. We connect a ready account and are responsible for receipts being issued correctly and on time.
