Service · Logistics · Nova Poshta API
We connect Nova Poshta, Ukraine's largest private delivery company, to Shopify end to end. The shopper picks a branch, a parcel locker, courier delivery or store pickup right in the checkout and sees a shipping price that matches what the carrier later charges. Your manager creates the waybill (TTN), prints a 100×100 mm label and builds a registry (Nova Poshta's list of parcels handed over in one batch) without leaving Shopify Admin. Parcel statuses arrive by push webhook and a nightly check, and returns on refusal codes are created automatically. For stores on DobroCheckout this is included in the $500/year subscription; as a standalone integration for your current checkout, we price it by scope after a short brief.
You give us the key from your Nova Poshta account. It is stored encrypted and never reaches the shopper's browser.
We turn on autocomplete search for cities, branches and parcel lockers. An exact number match comes first: typing “7983” no longer returns 27983.
Weight comes from your products (for bundles, from their contents), the box comes from the “Packaging templates” table, and a parcel locker adds its surcharge on top of the branch rate. The order is split into parcels by weight and dimensions.
A compact waybill form right on the order page: sender, recipient, address, weight, parcels, packaging, service type, payer, return shipping. Plus bulk creation for selected orders and bulk label printing.
Create a registry from selected waybills, remove a waybill from it, disband it and print the form. Statuses update by push webhook and by a nightly check at 8 p.m. in batches of 100; closed waybills do not use up the API limit.
A separate page for refusals, failed deliveries and parcels whose storage period has run out. For the “refused by recipient”, “refused by sender” and “disposal” codes, a Shopify return is created automatically and closed once the return parcel arrives.
Included in $500/year
For stores on DobroCheckout, delivery is already in the subscription; there is no separate fee for the Nova Poshta module. If you have your own checkout or a separate front end, we price the integration by scope after a brief and give you a written low-to-high range.
Because it is usually calculated from one average-size box. We take the weight from your products, the dimensions from the “Packaging templates” table, and for parcel lockers we add the surcharge Nova Poshta charges on top of the branch rate. The shopper pays what the waybill will actually cost.
Yes. Select the orders you need in the order list and generate waybills as a batch; the same flow creates the registry and prints the labels. Partial shipments are there too, with product photos and the remainder still available to ship.
Nobody does it by hand. Nova Poshta sends a push webhook, and a nightly check at 8 p.m. runs in batches of 100 as a fallback. The order list shows the tags “НП: прибуло” (arrived), “НП: отримано” (picked up) and “НП: проблема” (problem).
For the “refused by recipient”, “refused by sender” and “disposal” codes, a Shopify return is created automatically and closed once the return parcel arrives. All such cases are collected on the “Delivery problems” page, with the return status and the return waybill number.
Partly, yes: waybills, registries, printing and statuses live in Shopify Admin. But branch selection and an exact shipping price need space in the checkout form, so they are not available on the standard Shopify checkout. Message us and we will tell you what fits your setup.
Replaces the standard Shopify checkout with a one-page Ukrainian one: Nova Poshta, Monobank, fiscal receipts, loyalty and B2B for $500/year, with no percentage of turnover.
