We need one thing from you: access to your store. It takes five steps and about two minutes. Below is everything in order, with the button names you will see in your own Shopify.
In Shopify Admin, click Settings at the bottom of the left menu. Then choose Users, and inside it, Security. You are in the right place.
On this page, find the Collaborators section. Next to your store name there is a four-digit code. Click it to copy it. If there is no code, click “Generate new code”, and it appears right away.
We need the technical address, the one that ends in .myshopify.com. You can see it in your browser's address bar while you are in the admin. It is not the address your customers visit, so do not mix them up.
With your code, we request access to your store, usually the same day. You will get a notification from Shopify.
Go back to Users and open the Requests tab. There will be a request from Dobrocode. Approve it. That's your part done. From here, we take over.
That's normal. Shopify moves menu items around from time to time, and the guide stops matching what you see. Just message us and tell us where you got stuck. Or send a screenshot, which is the fastest way. We'll sort it out together.
